"There's nothing like your wife getting T-boned at an intersection by someone running a red light to get your attention. State Farm and other big insurance companies would like you to think that everything claim related can be handled on their Web site. Don't believe it. I don't have the space or the time to go step by step through the claims process, the repair process that turned into a totaling unbeknownst to my wife and me, as well as the impenetrable instructions to get the money for the dead car wired into a bank account. We were saved much grief throughout this process by the Nash Agency Account Representative Michelle Miller-Weissenburger. A former police officer who has dealt with accidents at traffic accident scenes and has the stamina and knowledge to spend hours on the phone with claims people standing between us and our money, she walked me off the ledge on several occasions with explanations about the process and timely rattling of cages in the SF claims department. From the day after the crash to getting us temporary insurance cards for our replacement vehicle, she performed customer service at the highest level."

"Myself and other family members have been clients of Kathy Nash for at least thirty years. I have always had good communication with her. She goes above and beyond to answer my calls and text. After Ian she helped me recover my business loss that honestly, I didn't even know my policy covered. Today, I called to emergency and added another vehicle, and Mike was outstanding helping me! He took care of me and start to finish it took 15 minutes. Look, insurance is a bear for all of us, but it really helps to work with Kathy's team as they are very knowledgeable and kind."

"Insurance right now Is very difficult. We empathize with you. We are here to discuss the situation and review what is needed. Rates are astronomical, but when clients meet with us, we usually can save you money. If you don’t leave your name, I can’t solve your problem. A lot of customers feel we have control over what underwriting requests. We do not. We get back to you with what’s needed, and their maybe more that is needed. But we let you know as soon as we know. "This agency must either be severely understaffed or is not interested in acquiring new clients. I am an existing State Farm customer moving to Florida and called to request quotes on 4 policies. I was told that it would take 3-5 business days and that someone would call or email me with the quote. After a week of not hearing anything, I called to follow up and was told that someone would call me by the end of the day which did not happen. I called again the following week and was told that I would receive a call or email by early afternoon and, once again, heard nothing. The following day, I emailed the agency and have never heard back from anyone. I contacted another State Farm agent in Port Charlotte and was able to receive the quotes that afternoon which was a much better experience."

"I have been a State Farm customer for well over 40 years...5 of those years with Kathy Nash agency...I believe that Kathy has forgotten the fact that she is not selling insurance she is selling customer service...there are so many insurance companies to choose from that do know this fact...terrible communication ( not returning calls ) excuses for employee turn over & having phones issue's to address the no return calls...emails not returned...the only way to try to get any type of service is to go directly to the office & from personal experience that definitely does not get you quality customer service...for these issue's I have decided to change insurance company's...I would most definitely not recommend Kathy Nash insurace agency"

"My homeowners insurance company went into liquidation. I called the office and Armani Payne went above and beyond to handle my issue. Armani's level of professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. She far exceeded my expectations by not only taking urgency in my issue, but by taking it a step further and calling my mortgage representative to make sure the new policy was received.
